Still Poorly

I had a really long day at work today but I was able to make use of the time by finishing reports and getting time sheets started (although I'd like to have been able to say finished!).

Daughter Number 1 then messaged to say she had a bit of a cry at the vets today. Leo her cat is still nursing a poorly paw. It appears that he might have a Cow Pox infection in his paw, possibly from a bite from a mouse or vole. Its a virus so difficult to treat with ani-biotics and he's already had half of his paw removed. Leo has become understandably very stressed and very clingy with visits to the vet every other day, more if he manages to get to his bandage and poor DN1 is starting to struggle with his demands - especially at night!!!! She said its like having a real live baby!!!

So, just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with Cow Pox.... not even related to Cows and what the outcome might have been???? We are needing a miracle just now!
