Fireman’s Monument

Another short walk today to the fireman’s monument which was erected in commemoration of the 20 firemen who lost their lives on 11/09/1984 when the wind turned direction when they were trying to put out a fire that was raging in the area. The monument is in need of some TLC we decided.
