My Buoy-friend

..... in his breeding plumage. There was a fine collection of striking male cormorants at the Vieux Rhone this morning. (Thanks for taking me hibou) They always remind me of my old teachers who used to wear black academic gowns to teach in, and looked at us in a supercilious manner! Cormorants do not evoke the "aww" response of yesterday's little nuthatch. Thanks so much all of his/her presents!
