Sweet

Another rainy day. We're all going stir crazy in this weather.

Taxes to do this morning, stymied when it turns out I should have done something ages ago, and didn't. This all means Mr B might have to do his filing unsupported. (Though I can probably be phone support.)

That left a lot more day free than we expected, so there was a late lunch /brainstorming session on a work issue. The good ideas came during the third glass of wine.

Mr B cooked (slow roast lamb - v tasty) and we found a police drama the kids like (well, they tolerate it, at least). Modern Family, and Mr B is off farewelling the kids as he will be away skiing next weekend (and, realistically, won't be up tomorrow when they leave for school.)

Dessert was the remnants of CarbBoy's birthday sweets. We're down now to the pack with liquorice in (which he doesn't like) and the ones I hid in the back of the cupboard and forgot about.

Nearly adopted another rabbit today.... Must resist!
