She passed away Sep 2016.

Tonight I was cooking a sausage casserole for our dinner; prepping it all in her kitchen I was struck by how much I felt like her. I put some Johnny Mathis on - an album of hers I used to love - and I couldn’t help but feel comfort knowing that as I long as I walk this planet, she will too.
