Running through the beautiful grounds of the Sugar Cane Hotel is a Gulley, a natural ravine made by the excess rainwaters washing down to the sea.

Rodney, one of the gardeners, gives guided walks through the Gulley, explaining all about the wild life. We didn't see any monkeys today but we did have some jumping on our roof at 5.30 a.m. yesterday!

At the end, he cuts down fresh coconuts for everyone to get a drink of coconut water.
