Confidence

Huge amounts of confidence happening with these two. I'm super proud of them.

Hubby helped me process these tonight. It's nice he takes an interest sometimes. :)

It was apparently bosses day here in the states, so my staff surprised me with a card, a fancy headband thingy, a wand and goodies. I was seriously, seriously, seriously surprised. They are good peop's.
