Five Rise Locks Cafe

Popped along to Bingley today to Blip the famous Five Rise Locks.  We were thwarted! The locks were undergoing maintenance work with lots of red and white tape strung across the pathways around the locks.
We thought a warm cuppa might help matters, but the cafe is closed on Mondays (except during August). But I did manage a Blip :-)
My car dashboard proudly stated it was 7C outside. With the wind that was blowing - no way :-(
