Thank you so much for sending hearts and stars my way for yesterdays 1000th blip. Very much appreciated.

I've been doing some trial runs of some recipes over the last few days in preparation for our chinese buffet night at the village hall next month. Nailed a few things but struggling with the ginger & white chocolate profiteroles. The kitchen is a disaster zone as my piping skills need some practice. Even Cooper was laughing at me. Suffice to say I'm taking the profiteroles off the menu as too much patience & practice needed.

Mr T and I will polish off the chicken noodle soup, chicken pakora (different experiment) and the profiteroles for dinner.
