Come on, keep up

Early start to get to Balgone Estate for the next in the Foxlake winter series. Took Kilda along to run with as J isn’t back till this afternoon. Cold start and very icy underfoot. With the rain from yesterday it was quite rutted in places. Great run route and we had fun, running with some of the others from Cani Sport Edinburgh. Finished the 10K in 60 mins so happy with that. Stopped off the see the B’s in North Berwick for a coffee after. Just time for lunch before going to collect J. Took Kilda in to meet her friends two Schnauzers before going for a walk with them at Cammo. Home for an early dinner before going up town to meet RD and FM for his birthday drinks in BrewDog. Kilda was knackered and as the pub was busy she couldn’t settle down. J was knackered so took her home a bit early.
