Farewell to Edinburgh

Today we returned home. This was the last glimpse of the Scott memorial on the way to Waverley station. A train was just departing and I used a colour pop to pick out the activity at the station. We really enjoyed our weekend despite the challenge of the ice.

We did the whole journey on public transport making use of Richard’s bus pass. The majority of bus passengers seem to have a bus pass. As one of the generation to lose out with the increasing pension age I suspect I will have a longer wait for my bus pass.
