Early run.

Delemere Forest.
I decided I'd had enough of this bug, so I was up and out early.
Delemere seemed like a good idea at 7:30.
It took awhile to get there, and I could barely manage 3.5 miles.
Tight chested and wheezy, perhaps it wasn't such a good idea after all.
The sun snook out very briefly.
