Missing the countryside

I didn't leave the house at all today so my blip is a photo of some lovely books on my mother's bookshelf about being outdoors.   Okay, I will admit that the combination of sleet, rain and snow that fell at a 45 degree angle throughout the day wasn't exactly tempting me but I was on full nursing duty while Mum recovered from last night's fever.
