Chapter Book

It's Master Five's 3rd day at school. When hubby picked him up from school (i was at work) he said, the teacher told him that he has been to the Principal's office. Hubby thought he got in trouble. But the teacher said, she was very impressed with his reading so she took him to the Principal's office to show him off how well he can read. He read a whole book in front of the Principal, he was stunned so he gave him a special pen and let him choose 2 books from the library to take home. He is the only one in his class that is allowed to take them home.

His reading level moved up, he is now on Chapter book. We are so very proud of him.

His new job at school is to read the class a book after lunch. We know he is good at reading but we didn't say anything to the teacher, we just let her notice it herself.

These are the two books he chosen to take home.
