A hundred years ago

It seems like a hundred years ago and we were engrossed in technical drawing at school. Making buildings come to life on the paper in front of us. Probably the must useful lesson for me at school and certainly the one used on many occasions. The hotel is covered with many fine examples of this craftsmanship. This one takes pride of place in our bathroom. Very laid back day today on the beautiful beach. Off eating Japanese tonight. Cannot believe how healthy our diet has been. Lots of brown rice, seafood and noodles. Surprisingly I have become hooked on Scandinavian breakfasts, especially pickled herrings and gravalax (sure that’s not how to spell it) but it’s been delicious.
