Morning walk

It's a while since I walked through the park and down onto the Prom. The new beachfront development of a water sports centre is really taking shape and will be open for business next Summer. It's going to look quite a contrast to the poor old Pier which is looking even more dilapidated and ready to fall into the sea.
The park looks spectacular with all the Autumn foliage. A new addition, near to the Skateboard Park, is a cafe which has been opened by 'Dan's Den' - a Charity which was set up some years ago by the mother of a boy who was burnt to death in a fire in the park. I hope it does well.
