Fred's blending in nicely with Autumn.


It's not that I'm addicted to coffee or anything, it's just that I find it a pleasant punctuation during the day. An excuse to leave the desk and go through the ritual, savouring the delicious aroma of fresh coffee. But I'm ditching it as it could be the cause of my headaches.

The other things I'm trying to ditch are wine and sugar.
