Trang Kitchen

Our last day (and night) in Trang before heading to the islands tomorrow.
This little Thai/Chinese restaurant (Kim's) is where we ate this evening, and very good it was too.
When C spotted "Pig's ear" on the menu, he just had to have it. When my parents were alive, if ever we had a meal at their house and asked them what was for dinner, my Dad would always reply "Pig's ear and lettuce" (I never knew why!).  C ordered the pig's ear as he knew that my Dad would have laughed and enjoyed seeing him eat it. He said it was very tasty and there was absolutely nothing left on his plate, so he must liked it.
