Wood in moat

I went looking for kingfishers allegedly sited in the Castle moat. Needless to say I did not find any, in fact birds were in short supply so this piece of wood floating in the water gave me something to play with.

Ok my medical report is, overall, ok. PSA Up again but this remains a slow rise. He is keen to keep me on the current drug as it is working clinically. To support bones I am to start zoledonic acid/zometa which is a common drug used and have been surprised it has not been used before. May help my walking and pain level. Start in 4 weeks, it’s a 4 weekly infusion. So I feel ok about things and the next steps, not a bad outcome.
