The Streets of York

After the recent cold weather we were beginning to get cabin fever. We decided to have a day out in York which, as usual, meant lunch in our favourite vegetarian restaurant. As we were walking back to the park and ride bus stop we found a new shop selling just tea. There were over 300 teas to choose from and an expert on hand to tell us all about them. We chose green tea with lemon and ginger and were told how many times it should be infused and why. Good to have this as a loose tea rather than the usual tea bags. We always have loose Yorkshire Tea but don't normally get the lemon and ginger loose.
