'Hot Chilli and Tomato Pasta'!

Roasted some of the last of my tomatoes and made this hot chilli pasta!!
It was delicious with a lot of fresh Parmigiano Reggiano grated over it!!!
My lunch today....! Sons lunch for college tomorrow..!
Horrible, horrible weather today......but won't complain as don't have to go out in it....and neither will Kitty, curled up fast asleep all morning except when there was food on the go...
