Brief brightness

A poor day, dark and dismal, with heavy rain, but a brief spell of brightness at midday so Ollie and I managed a bit of a walk.  

Instead of riding I helped H muck out the stables and see to the ponies.  Sadly one of her oldest ones had to be put down last week because of kidney failure, but she has still got six, which is quite a lot of work when it comes to filling water buckets, hay nets and feeding.  I just hope I have that much energy at nearly 80!
