So, remember that juice I made from lemons, ginger and apples? Today I put some beetroots in as well. I've read that beetroots have a mineral/vitamin/something that's very good for muscles, so I thought I'd try...and oh, wow! It turned out sooooo good!! The sting and taste of the ginger is there, mixed with sweetness from apples and beetroot and the lemon makes it really fresh.
This is what I'll do from now on! :)
