Wot a lot of weather we got

Today we had: 
snow 
sleet
hail
blizzards with horizontal all of the above 
and 
bright sunshine
in a random but looped sequence.  The only constant has been the bitter temperature hovering just above zero. With school closed for semester break there are few folk around, which means hungry cats, so I bundled up and with my bucket-o-kitty bikkies went to feed campus cats in the usual locations. Meanwhile, four of the regular campus cats have spent the day hunkered down in quiet corners of my home. Ssh!!

My own bucket-o-vittles in the form of an early evening home delivery from the local supermarket enabled me to have grilled cheese on toast au anglais, and was probably the highlight of this uneventful day.
