Noticed a wet patch on the patio under the bathroom waste pipe.
An investigation revealed a crumbling elbow and a hole.
Luckily I had a spare in my bag of waste fittings and it was quickly resolved.
Just as well, it was a tad breezy up the ladder this morning.
