A very windy day. Not sure why the gull isn't sharp ....... possibly a combination of errors or the wind blowing me about  ...... but I'm happy with the effect. 

The phone rang just after 9. It was Lisa, the hairdresser ....... I should have been there. I said I'd be 5 minutes and don't think I was far out. 

Then I managed a morning and an afternoon walk to make up for the lack of exercise the past few days.
