Stay of Execution

The rollercoaster of emotions that Chronic Kidney Disease takes you on, continued today.  All the positivity I felt yesterday came through in the blood tests result, my creatinine levels have gone down, which is great news.  It feels like a stay of execution from dialysis, a green light for another month of some sort of normality.  I can plan things again.


We had an external assessment today, I left it in the capable hands of one of my team for him to gain experience.  He did great and the assessors were very complimentary of him and our systems.
