Another Goodbye

Before being informed of his death, it was suggested I sat down. Bit of an unexpected shocker.

He was no trouble at all. A lovely, kind gentleman who, on meeting, you would not necessarily realise had Dementia, yet in a matter of a few weeks, he declined rapidly and died.

Other than that, today was wonderful. Very rewarding but I am physically tired. The weather has been something else but I still opted for the 2 mile walk to work and the 2 mile walk home. (I'd be a lardy arse if I didn't walk so much.)

Anyway, I have holiday to use up so have the next 5 days off from AS but have stuff to do for Nigel,
