A very small achievement - WildWed95

Yes, only a small one tonight, this would have done for yesterday's TT, wouldn't it?  Instead it's tagged for today's WildWed challenge (many thanks to Cailleach for hosting).  I think it's a wing feather of a greenfinch, but please correct me if you know better, that's just a guess.  Several have been sitting in our porch for days, I rather think a sparrowhawk got the owner.

And well, what a filthy day.  The wind tore over my dustbins scattering the contents for miles and the rain just kept on coming (including through the kitchen window).  The funniest thing I saw was, at the height of the storm, 2 poor council workers spray-hosing the equipment in the kids' playground.  You couldn't make it up, could you?  Poor guys!
