Curry night

l was very lucky to receive a subscription to The Spicery for Christmas.  They send out a package with spices enough to make two spicy meals for two each month so tonight l made the Sri Lankan Black Pork and boy was it delicious!!  I successfully made the Roti as well as a hot and spicy chutney to accompany it... definitely one to make again.  The good thing is that you can buy the spice mixes from them to recreate any of the dishes.  What a fun present!!
