Oakfields Farm

There is a bit of history associated with this place. Personal history. About 45 years ago - very early in our marriage - The Husband and I had a Black and Tan hound we’d gotten from the SPCA. His name was Clyde. Not long after we got him a German shorthaired retriever (pointer?) appeared at our house. She and Clyde were in love it seemed! We found out she belonged to the young couple who were renting this farmhouse and we returned her. But back she came! This went on for quite some time until finally they told us we might as well have her. Her name was  Sally and Clyde loved her dearly.
