Pont du Gard

Long walk from Collias to Castillon-du-Gard via the Pont du Gard. The aqueduct was built in 19BC to supply water to Nimes and crosses the river Cardon.
We had not realised we would be able to get so close and walk below this magnificent structure. Parties could pre-book to be taken by a guide on the upper levels.
