BROKEN

This injured bird is on the pond in the park, though it seemed to be swimming and feeding alright with the other geese. I know the park officers catch and rescue injured birds because I watched last week while one was attempting to net a mallard with a fishing weight hanging from her bill. I'll phone the park department tomorrow to see if they know about this one.

Edit: I've now emailed this photo to the Council. I'll have a look tomorrow.

I put up a different blip earlier, but decided on a walk in the park with the camera later, so apologies to the two blippers who commented.
