What a difference 24 hours makes.  Went for a stroll after work, watched the sun go down, smiled the whole way round my walk. (meds are kicking in and foot hurts a lot less) Sunset was gorgeous but i don't want to start boring you with them so here's a lovely swan having a stretch.
