Exploring and Planning...

So we're planning a trip to Costa Rica this March, instead of the usual package resort holiday in Cuba!   It looks like such a beautiful place and is apparently very tourist friendly.   But wow, it is so much more work than just picking a date and a hotel destination.....i've spent hours checking out flights etc., and now at the point of looking at where to go and looking at airbnb places!   I started looking about 2-3 weeks ago and there were many many choices...but now, the choices are fewer...i guess it's that time of the new year when most folks going south start booking places.

So my question to blippers far and wide....have any of you been to Costa Rica and if so do you have any recommendations?   I'd love to hear anything you might have to share!

In other news had a lovely visit from a couple of friends this morning....one of them brought her beautiful puppy Maple...she has of course grown but is still very puppylike....Chance and her had a great time!

Off to Tom's pizza for dinner and live music!!!
