Packing It In

Up at the normal time but not heading off to work instead Clare drove me to Treliske.
First ophthalmic patient of the day I’d been tested, assessed and eyeball injected by 9:15.
We were back in Falmouth and drinking Exsprssini coffee before 10.

Early afternoon was at the Living Well Clinic, a diabetes prevention type thing. Back to work afterwards before heading home at 5:30.

The Royal Naval Association Meeting was at 7:15 and despite my good intentions I stayed on afterwards to drink beer
