Sweet haggis ...

Long day, most of it spent feeling distinctly below par for no obvious reason.

No haggis for Burns night here, but I did retrieve some carefully hoarded tea cakes for pudding.

Then the kids briefly played me with a longish chat on the use of "so so" in English which, according to their teachers is the normal response to "how are you?" and also the appropriate response to anything where you don't have a strong response.  I am easily lead into such discussions and thus bedtime was delayed somewhat.

Otherwise, more fighting the good fight on all fronts: tax, lighting, tenancy deposits and the GDPR. It's a no-score draw on all fronts today.
