Belated birthday present for Top Gun, a framed print of a famous encounter between a wannabe world ruler and a man who lived in a barrel and eschewed worldly things. This reflects his interests in philosophy and history.

I am swamped with work at the moment so definitely need to take a philosophical view of the world ...

Took Monty to the vet. He is having his other ear operated on next week.

Lovely face time with The Girl Racer tonight. And a bit of a DJ sesh getting Alexa to play favourite songs. All very impromptu but lifted the mood a bit.

Will be glad to get tomorrow out of the way.
