Trip to Troon for a short walk in the biting wind then lunch with Mum and JT. Lovely. Full marks on daughterly duties, my mother is easily pleased!

Then off to see 3 billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri. A real tour de force. Emotional, engrossing and with an ending I’ve been pondering since we left. Dinner out too. I love making the most of a day off!
