This is how most practices begin, defensive slides. The girls always get into this drill, although it's tough and demands endurance. We are one of the top defensive teams in the state, and defense is the reason we are 17-1. That's our starting five in the picture: Grace, Hadley, and Cassidy in the front row; directly behind them, Rachel and Emily. What a bunch of nuts these kids are. They are a cool bunch.
