Calm before the storm

Busy day today. Down to one car for the moment, so I went with JT to the gym for 6am. I talked myself into doing the 7.5km run route then some quality stretching time before heading back home via the local trout fishery for a few photos.

My nephew arrived about 8.30am and my sister headed to work leaving us to plan the day's events. So, breakfast at Pieri's, dog walking and puddle kicking in the rain, football in the house with a Swiss ball, pretend wrestling, me being a horse, lunch at McDonald's, Hotel Transylvania then home for more football, some chocolate and a bit of TV watching. Then straight back to the gym to pick up JT who was dropped back tehre by the ever helpful Lyall.

Back to work tomorrow for a rest!
