all looking rather sorry for themselves...... probably rejuvenate though, given some TLC :)  I went to Fitsteps this morning.  It's always hard when you miss some classes.  We've started a new Argentinian Tango which involves a lot of bent knee wobbles!  It takes me a while but I know I'll get there eventually :)
