The Malsters Arms

Once owned by the notorious Keith Floyd, this pub at Tuckenhay, near Totnes, was a lovely riverside venue for lunch with the husband.

All the hard work I’ve put into my training is starting to show results as I had a cracking run this morning through Hope Cove. The sun shone and everything!

Feeling as full as an egg and happily tired. House to myself whilst the boys get muddy at rugby so I’m looking forward to a quiet night.
