The Rhine looking dangerous

We walked a long way today up the riverside to find the botanic gardens. They were, however being renovated and only a small area was fit to walk through, but the river itself had burst it’s banks and covered the lower walkway. The current was very fast and the barges were struggling against the flow The picture shows a walkway to a river cruiser and only half a tree sticking out of the water..
