You eat with your eyes

If that old saying is true I’d have gone hungry this evening. I kept my expression neutral when the waiter put my main course down with a flourish.

Fortunately this vegetable au gratin dish tasted better than it looks. But really! I’ve seen plastic food look tastier than this! And in a 5* Hotel too! :-0
