Expatville

Most expats (unless they're quite well paid) live in Salmiya, like me. Lots and lots of apartment blocks - a bit of greenery and shops. The locals live in huge houses - two to four stories high with a different branch of the family on each floor.

I decided to walk home after my sports massage - progress - not had the energy for that before. He's discovering tight muscles I never knew existed, and getting them, and me, to move again. A good swim and a coffee with C and I cooked a proper dinner. Finally on the mend!
