Short work orange
it was peeled then pressed
rind was ground and juice was poured
on sugar and eggs
Pour the mix onto pastry then bake for thirty minutes at 400F. You get the extra.
A friend was coming to dinner so I cooked a veal blanquette and baked an orange tart.
With a nod to Sue Foll, master of fruit and veg photography (among her many talents).
All in all a good day!
