In the car park: Crunching leaves x

There is nothing like your childhood memory of scrunching autumn leaves with your school shoes on. I have the same memory, and remember similar shoes to ellas. I do remember the harder leather though. I remember my toes growing to the end and my toe ends being sore. I remember my tights being cold and wet from the damp leaves on top.

Its funny how ella, and like me at the time doesn't think about the ending, cold wet toes. She is, like I was mesmerised by all the bright colours and crunching sounds.

Autumn is for sure a tactile, beautiful and memory making time to be a child. x
