Birthday treat day

For a special birthday I bought my hubbie a 4x4 driving experience and today was the day he cashed in his voucher.

Being the complete wuss that I am and knowing I would find it nerve wrecking and back braking I opted out of a passenger ride, although my eldest went along.

Both had a great time. Lovely lunch at a local pub and then home and a snooze on the sofa this afternoon, which is most unusual for me but I am feeling rather exhausted after the ups and downs of the week.
