Interesting ........

....... Is how we anticipated this weekend. The last 24 hours have been a lot more interesting than we wanted, and not in a good way. After an awful night last night, we’ve been given another room, so hopefully we’ll have a much better night tonight.

Here we are on our way to buy some of the immediate essentials. A kettle, an iron, a plug adaptor, and washing tablets. Photographs on the walls of the underpass reflect the history of the town. Including .......

.... the Shredded Wheat factory. Sadly it is currently being demolished. The Nabisco works was one of those buildings I looked out for on the journey into London, it will soon be just a memory. I wonder what the future of the site will be ? And where does my breakfast cereal come from now ?
